The footage, captured on Saturday, shows a woman dancing on the bonnet of the car whilst other two perform there dance moves close to the vehicle.

''I heard one of the girls say, "excuse me sir can we dance on your car?!" & the officer responded" I'm not going to say yes, or no I'm just going to walk away" and officer kind of smiled and walked away from the front of his car,'' the filmer later wrote online.

''That's when the girls began to dance. When one girl stood on top of the car the officer said "get down" and the girl jumped off.''

''The officer instead of arresting the girls or yelling at them he simply told them that it wasn't good what they were doing. The girls apologized and the officer accepted apology,'' he added.

Three ladies club goers of the Rochester NY east and Alexander street area approach police officer and requested to dance on their police vehicle and the cops stood by and watched.

So early Saturday morning 1:30 am I was outside of a nightclub getting fresh air. 3 girls were coming into the night club but one got denied due to violation of the dress code. So the girls left as they walked passed me and my buddy and then walked over to the cop car they stopped and were talking to them which got my attention, I heard one of the girls say, "excuse me sir can we dance on your car?!" & the officer responded" I'm not going to say yes, or no I'm just going to walk away" and officer kind of smiled and walked away from the front of his car and that's when I took my phone out. That's when the girls began to dance. When one girl stood on top of the car the officer said "get down" and the girl jumped off. After the video ended the officer Instead of arresting the girls or yelling at them he simply told them that it wasn't good that they " stood on top of my car" and the girls apologized and the officer accepted apology and girls left off elsewhere.
