Near Miss, Car coming head on, one way street!!
Clasketgate in Lincoln was originally open to two way traffic, but changed to an experimental one way system early 2008 and then remained. The two lads driving this VW Passat looked pretty out of it, and the high speed reverse nearly clipping a parked taxi and then the traffic light would probably make my assumption true.
