Barracuda steals parrotfish from spear fisher
An amazing video has just been released of a barracuda stealing a parrotfish from a spear fisherman.
Dillon Bowman had just speared his first ever catch while on holiday in the Bahamas on Sunday when he spotted the large barracuda approaching him at speed.
He’s left helpless as the barracuda not only snatches the fish from his grasp, but also swims off with his spear.
After pausing briefly to watch the barracuda enjoying its stolen meal on the seabed, Dillion scrambles back onto his boat to describe what happened to his friend.
“I think it was revenge for shooting him in the tail earlier,” he wrote online.
