On Sunday Nov 25 the Swedish Football Association opened the doors of the Rasunda football stadium to allow fans to take souvenirs before the stadium is closed for good and demolished.

Equipped with screwdrivers, wrenches, spades and even angle grinders, loyal supporters of AIK and the national team arrived to remove seats, signs and sods of turf to keep as souvenirs.

For 75 years it has been home to the Swedish national team, and to club side AIK, who have played Champions League and Europa League matches here. Probably the most famous game hosted here was the 1958 World Cup final, in which Brazil beat Sweden 5-2 in the highest-scoring final in the history of the tournament.

The stadium's final match was a 2-1 Europa League defeat for AIK.
