Erratic Driver Crashes Into Concrete Barrier
210 Eastbound-Just west of Pasadena.
Cadillac CTS, California plates 7XDA895.
This driver passed us and seemed to be impatient or trying to multitask while driving. It appears that is not the case as this driver swerved back and forth for about 15 minutes while were behind them. The grand finally comes when they are apparently spooked by cars passing on the right and swerve into the concrete barrier.
Luckily this car corrects itself without losing control and taking anyone else down with them. Scary situation, you just never know what the driver of the car next to you is on. (Prescription drugs, booze, illegal drugs)
