An awesome video has emerged of a 79-year-old man performing a perfect backflip in a pool in Georgia, USA.

The footage, shot in July 2016, shows three men lifting Mr McCoy up and launching him into the air to allow him to complete a full flip before landing back into the pool.

"Mr. McCoy is now 80 years old and simply the toughest old man I've ever known," the filmer's husband wrote online.

The two other guys are his grandson's. It was lots of fun but never did we think so many people would view this!
