Heartwarming video has emerged of a dog finally reunited with her family after one week on holiday for the owners.

The footage, shot on July 31, in Zagreb, Albany, shows the moments after the dog exits the car and is free to cheer her owners' comeback.

"She's a rescued dog, mixed pointer, who was found under the bridge while less than two months old," the filmer said.

"She's with us for two years now and we're grateful for her bringing even more joy to our lives," he concluded.
