Goran Dragic was Slovenia’s leader in the Eurobasket 2017 games and was named as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament. He inspired his teammates and showed the directions to the highway for the gold medal. In the Final (Slovenia-Serbia 93-85), Dragic was sensational, scoring 35 points in the opening three quarters before suffering from cramps later in the game. The 31-year-old did it all for his team, averaging 22.6 points and 5.1 assists. On the footage filmed few minutes just after the Final, Dragic expresses his feelings about leading Slovenia to its first European basketball championship. The Eurobasket 2017 final phase took place in Sinan Erdem Dome, Istanbul, Turkey on Sunday September 17, 2017.
