Flying over turbulence, zero visibility & limited fuel

Buy video

Plane flying over turbulence and zero visibility with limited fuel, Cebu Pacific Airlines flight DG6113 from Manila Domestic Aidport 4 could not land in Naga Airport of Pili, Camarines Sur, Philippines because the pilot could not see the runway and of turbulence brought by Tropical Storm Maring that just landed Bicol region. Huge waves are seen cascading on the shoreline of Camarines Sur province indicating how strong the wind was. All I could do was to keep on reading the Emergency Landing Guide inserted behind my folding table and check if my life jacket is still there under my seat. Due to limited fuel and time allowed to stay in the air, the pilot decided to fly back back to Manila.
