An impressive footage has emerged from China of a 48-year-old man named Li Kaijun lift a table full of dishes with his mouth, while dancing to music.

In the video, captured in Xijiang Uyghur Autonomous Region on October 30, Li lifts a table with four dishes on it by his mouth, while holding other dishes in his hands and dancing to the music.

Li who is of Yi ethnicity learned the skill from his grandfather and has been practising it for over 20 years.

As the highest honour offered to guests in Yi tradition, it has been listed as one of China's intangible cultural heritages.
