Cumbria's River Eden in full flood conditions
After days of nonstop heavy rain the River Eden can rise rapidly. At Stenkrith Bridge near Kirkby Stephen Cumbria, the river has to pass though a narrow gap and also drop several metres. This footage compares the river at normal and maximum flood or spate level.
