Long queues at Zurich as snow causes chaos at UK airports
Footage of long queues at Zurich Airport in Switzerland filmed this afternoon (December 10).
Some passengers, including the filmer, were trying to get back to the UK, where many flights had been diverted, delayed or cancelled due to snow.
Swiss Air received messages from unhappy customers on social media who complained of a lack of information.
Eleanor Poyner tweeted: "@FlySWISS queuing for 4 hours @zrh_airport and no water or info! Called @FlySWISS who said they would get back to me in 24 hours!"
@simonwalter_i tweeted: "@FlySwiss currently stranded with many others at Zurich airport, no service, no organisation, no information, no nothing. What a joke for a apparently swiss company. Truly disappointed by how you’re handling this."
