Every year Mousehole harbour, a tiny village in the far south west of Cornwall, is transformed with lights that adorn the harbour and village. The lights attract thousands of visitors every year. On the 19th December the lights are dimmed for an hour to mark the tragic loss of life of the crew of the Penlee lifeboat Solomon Browne and the crew of the ship they went to rescue on this day in 1981
