Heavy rain that pounded the Kenyan capital this morning has created major disruption on the roads.

In the video filmed in Nairobi this morning (March 15), cars drive through water as they drive through a roundabout next to the Westgate Shopping mall.

We had been driving with my sister then all cars before us started to U-Turn, we followed suit and used another route since I was dropping her at work. However to get to my office, I had to use part of the route where we had seen cars U-Turn before. That is when I found the flood at the roundabout next to the Westgate Shopping mall which was attacked by terrorists in 2013.

Most cars were parked on the side so I parked and got my phone out, connected it to my wrist and clicked record as I drove by. Sadly my phone memory got filled up before I got more footage.
