This man is able to quickly slice up a Chinese noodle delicacy into thin strips at high speed without looking and, importantly, without slicing his arm off.

In the video, filmed in Heze City in eastern China's Shandong Province on March 18, the seated man quickly and calmly slices up the slippery pieces of starch jelly into strips, sometimes even looking at the camera while doing it.

Later, he grabs a bunch of starch jelly strips to show them off in front of the camera.

In the clip, a man can be heard saying: "Look at his skill with the knife. He's cutting the starch jelly into such thin strips! Whoever likes to eat that should come and find him."
