Police cordon in Bexleyheath as ‘man with knife’ jumps from supermarket roof
Police cordoned off an area of a London suburb after a man reportedly carrying a knife jumped from a supermarket roof.
Emergency services were called to the Asda in Bexleyheath, in the south-east of the capital, Around 11 AM on Friday (May 11).
Onlookers spotted the man who appeared to be holding a knife on top of the store on the Broadway.
The man was airlifted to hospital.
Footage shows the police cordons around the area after the incident.
