YouTuber crashes Pokémon Go gathering in Pikachu costume
A YouTuber crashed a Pokémon Go gathering while wearing a Pikachu costume on May 29.
Pokémon Go is a mobile video game where people capture virtual characters in the real world.
In the video, the YouTuber is seen putting on a Pikachu costume.
He then sneaks up to a Pokémon Go gathering outside a home to appear as a real-life character in a Pikachu costume.
The joke appears to fall flat, but eventually elicits some smiles from the group.
“We were playing in the park when I noticed a Pokémon Go gathering outside of my house,” the YouTuber said. “I asked a neighbor — jokingly — if they had a Pokémon costume, and lucky enough, they actually had a Pikachu costume. Naturally, I had to put it on for a humorous interaction with the group.”
