This is the shocking moment a driver RAMMED another vehicle and then got out and STOMPED on it in a street in Sacramento, California, on Monday (June 4).

In the eyewitness video, a white Chevrolet Blazer is seen ramming a black Honda in the middle of the street. No one was inside the Honda at that moment.

After hitting the vehicle, the driver of the Blazer continues to hit the accelerator to the point that his tires spin and the wheels burn rubber.

The driver then exits through the driver’s side window (apparently, the doors were jammed) and then stands on top of the Honda and repeatedly stomps on it.

He also stamps on the wing mirror, breaking it.

Eventually, police arrive. One officer is seen cocking his shotgun as he approaches the suspect on top of the Honda.

The suspect falls from the car and is apprehended by a group of police officers.

“To get out of the car after hitting the Honda and to stomp on it shows you how much rage he had,” the filmer told Newsflare in an interview.

He later wrote online: "It was pretty crazy. It appeared (that) he rammed it four-plus times - there where car parts all the way down the street leading up to the intersection. I suspect the driver of the Honda bailed out at some point."
