Thousands in London joined a mass participation artwork titled PROCESSIONS on June 10, a movement to mark 100 years since the UK Representation of the People Act gave the first British women the right to vote and stand for public office.

"Make more noise!" The women are seen chanting in this video. "Don't be a shrinking violet!"

Participants marched through Trafalgar Square and passed the Monument to the Women of World War I. Elsewhere in the UK, women and girls also took to the streets in Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh in recognition of women's suffrage.
