An amateur footballer playing in Ireland thought he could try to score with a 40-yard free kick - but came closer to hitting the corner flag than troubling the keeper.
He was playing for Rivervalley Rangers player against St Michaels FC in the RPD Cup Final at the AUL Complex in Dublin on Sunday (June 10).
Despite the miss, Rivervalley ran out 3-1 winners.
