Equita Bailiff Gaining Entry for Parking Entry...Gets Messy..

Basically, it’s with regards to council parking tickets. These parking tickets are not fines, they are invoices, making you an offer. You pay them so much within a certain time, if not it goes up after this time. We should never appeal these tickets, if we do it means we are accepting liability. Next stage would be for the council to send a debt collector on thier behalf to collect payment. However the paperwork they have is fraudulent. A magistrate has not signed these warrants. However I judge does not have to sign them. But the bailiff can make peaceful entry. They cannot force entry with these kind of warrants. In this case we forgot my mothers door was open to my mums house and he gained entry peacefully. I knew at this stage we had to get him out peacefully, hence why we recorded it for evidencial purposes. Luckily the police was accross the road at the time. The police can’t act for the bailiff, they are only there for breach of the police, as it’s a civil matter NOT criminal. In the end the bailiff left because he was dealing with a vulnerable person which was my mother. If they are vulnerable they can’t do anything.
