Dashcam footage captures the moment a loose mudflap flies off a truck and strikes the car behind causing it to pull up onto the hard shoulder on the Trans-Canada Highway.

This footage was filmed on June 19.

Filmed with my dashcam from garmin, car is hit by a flying mudflap, a lot of damage to the car and had to be towed. Do not know who the drivers were. the driver of that other truck (Day and Ross) does not even know that this is caused, maybe that mudflap is off his tractor, maybe it was just on the street and that is thrown by driving over it, I am the one that has seen it happen and have stopped for those people from the car to help prove for their insfurance.
