A five-storey building in Vietnam was almost completely gutted in just minutes after a fire broke out.

Video captured on June 20 in Ho Chi Minh city shows the out-of-control blaze that broke out in the middle of the night.

The building, reportedly a factory for paper lanterns, is completely engulfed in flames.

Residents of the building attempted to combat the fire with fire extinguishers, but they were unsuccessful.

The fire was brought under control by emergency services after a few hours. Miraculously, no-one was injured in the fire.

The video captured the moment of the house was burned by fire in just a few minutes in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam on June 20, 2018.

According to witnesses, The fire broke out at the five-floor house. This is house to produce paper lanterns and wedding cards. The fire quickly spread and burned down the house in just a few minutes. People in the house escaped while the fire caught fire. Some people use fire extinguishers but can not control the fire. Police arrived shortly after being informed. About two hours after the fire was completely controlled.
The house was completely destroyed in the fire, the houses nearby were seriously damaged. No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
