In this video shared to Twitter by Corinne Cahill in Spokane, Washington, her five-year-old pit mix, Bailey, is playing fetch – except with a water balloon. She is seen avidly chasing the pink balloon until it splatters to the ground and seemingly vanishes, leaving her very confused and the humans watching highly amused.

Cahill said they were at a friend's barbecue when they noticed a bucket full of water balloons, and had the idea to put their own spin on the #whatthefluff challenge she had seen so many videos of. Bailey, she shared, loves playing fetch.

"This video is probably the 10th or more water balloon she ran after and tried to find once it disappeared in the grass," Cahill told Newsflare. "We did end up getting a real tennis ball out to play fetch with, but we all thought this was hysterical!"

After seeing all of the #WhatTheFluffChallenge videos, we decided to do one of our own. My five-year-old pit mix, Bailey, loves fetch! And at a friend's barbecue, there was hundreds of water balloons that were just sitting in a bucket, so we thought, what would happen if we tried to play fetch with them?
