London Motorcycle Thieves Hunting While The Westminster PCSO Daydreams
Thursday 20th April 2017, about 2pm.
Crossing Marylebone Road, from Lisson Grove, and riding southbound on Seymour Place.
Hunting 2-Up on two black Yamaha T-Max and another solo on a smaller scooter upfront in orange hi-vis, probably the grinder-man.
Plates covered in black tape and straight through the red lights right in front of the cycling Community Support officer I stop at the end.
Not only did he miss them, it didn't sound as if he'd even heard about them before.
