Our Daughter Avalon is a huge fan of Lego. Through the power of YouTube she had discovered there was an entire theme park and resort dedicated to Lego. So she had been dreaming about going to “Legoland”. Our family had already had a trip to Florida planned but her Mother and I decided that maybe a last minute “side trip” might be in order. We also thought it would be fun to Surprise her with this news all the way until we actually pulled up to the front gate of the park. Her reaction was fantastic and she literally could not believe we were there. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning to Legoland Florida. But it will be really tough to match the magic of this surprise trip.
