Anne Sinclair has not been able to enjoy summer because of a 42ft tree behind her home and after more than a year of reporting the issue, she's still in the shade.

Last Septemeber the 62-year-old paid was forced to pay £380 to take out a High Hedges Notice to try and get the tree cut.
