Here's one victim the "Beast from the East" or "Storm Emma" could not claim.
On March 3rd 2018, my husband (Dale Wilson) & I, attempted to check some sheep we could reach on our farm, very luckily my husband managed to dig this 1 out, we were poking long sticks into the drifts which were completley covering over the hedge rows, hoping to feel any sheep which may be stuck under them, this 1 survived because my husband found a very small air hole which drew his attention, and then was able to dig down to her and free her. What this video didn't show as my battery died, was that she did walk away from her ordeal fine.
We discovered several weeks later when the snow melted that unfortunately we missed 2 other sheep in close proximity who died.
We were however, a lot more fortunate than a lot of farmers that they were the only ones we lost.
