This road in Oklahoma resembles a canal after floods washed through large parts of the state.

Footage captured on August 14 in Norman, just south of Oklahoma City, shows streets submerged in water at nighttime.

The filmer writes: "I did not expect it to be washed out that bad all of a sudden.

"I was in a large pickup truck, so I made it through."

I got weather footage all day of the flood event in Oklahoma City, however the name of this apartment complex was the last thing I saw tonight before heading home and it literally had be laughing out loud to myself. Darn you Mother Nature.
