Video captured the moment of The flash floods in northern Vietnam caused by storm bebinca in Nghe An Province, Viet Nam on August 17th, 2018.

According to filmer, The storm came and brought heavy rain to the area. The flash floods appears several hours later and splits the area. The flood water swept everything along the way it passed. There are about 200 houses were washed away and more than 1,000 people were isolated due to rising flood waters. There were six people swept away by the flood. Many road are destroyed. Damage estimated at millions of dollars.
