Video shows grim sight of toilets at Notting Hill Carnival
This video shows the poor conditions of the toilets at Notting Hill Carnival held over the weekend.
The annual carnival saw about one million people in attendance enjoying two days of dancing and parades. Over 200 people were arrested on charges of weapon possession, drug use and officer assault.
This was filmed on August 28.
