This video shows a beautiful hummingbird moth among a garden of freshly bloomed zinnias.

Mary Ann Weinmeyer Lambert, who took the video on August 16 in her northern Minnesota town, said that she'd seen this type of moth previously but it was only this time that she had her phone with her.

"I mostly took the video to share with my family and friends and never ever expected to have the reaction it’s getting," Lambert said. "I’m in awe and rather speechless that so many are enjoying something so simple but beautiful.

Lambert's short clip has been shared on Facebook more than 388,000 times since she shared it.

"I live in a small town with a population of around three thousand in northern Minnesota and having people view this video from virtually around the world is humbling," she added. "Never thought my flower garden in my own backyard would have such an effect on people!"

Video was taken on August 16th in the late morning. I’ve seen this type of moth previously the last few years but ion this date, I was fortunate enough to have my phone with me.
