These neighbors weren't going to let a little bit of rain spoil their Labor Day fun.
Filmed in Galveston, Texas, this video shows a girl lying on a surfboard and gliding through the floodwaters as a car towed it along.
According to authorities, high tide exacerbated the flooding in the city, which was 6 to 10 inches deep in places.
Heavy rain lashed much of Southwest Texas and the Midwest on Monday, September 3, as weather authorities issued a flash flood warning for multiple counties.
