Breathtaking Aurora Borealis timelapse

A breathtaking timelapse has emerged of the Aurora Borealis over Norway.

The footage was captured by Bernard Stoll, a Swiss amateur photographer who studied the Norwegian northern lights near Tromsø between February and March this year.

He created the stunning timelapse by combining more than 14,000 pictures, taken using three different cameras, over eight separate nights of observation.
