A man was mountain-biking in the forests outside Moray, north Scotland, with his two dogs and wiped out hard against a pine tree after failing a jump.

Thomas Mustoe, 28, was going downhill with his two dogs Houston and Draco when he made a small jump that left him unable to turn and smacked into a pine tree. The visceral impact left him with three bones broken in his wrist, but his dogs were quick on the scene to comfort him.

Crashing into a tree mountain biking

Myself Thomas Mustoe aged 28 mountain biking in Moray Scotland going downhill and hits a tiny jump on landing I can't turn and hit a tree breaking my radius and 3 bones in my wrist. It was filmed on a Samsung 8 mobile whilst I was attached to my gorilla arm.

Both dogs Houston and draco were following me also.
