Man drives through bonfire

The brush pile fire was the accumulation of 6-7 years of tree trimmings and it was huge. I have been waiting for just the right moment to burn it. That moment came (Nov 15, 2014) when my sons and several of their friends came for a weekend of shooting on my private gun range. We had a light rain most of the evening, so there was little chance of a grass fire. It has been too dry to safely burn it until that night.
My neighbor Karel is a very entertaining guy. He will do practically anything for a laugh. Belgium is his home country and he recently became a U.S. citizen. He has a strong foreign accent and when the locals say, "You ain't from around here, are ya?" He answers, "Nope! I'm from Greenbow, AlaBAMA!"
Karel has a taste for good moonshine and it was involved with his decision to drive his Polaris Ranger through the fire. He was not hurt and his Ranger was not really on fire, it just had some hot coals on the inside of the wheels. As soon as he stopped they fell out into the wet grass and went out. That did not stop me from unloading a fire extinguisher on him and his Ranger.
My 45 acre farm is located in north central Florida.
