Parked car moves off and cuts up HGV
I stopped at a set of lights in Hull, there was a car parked illegally half on the pavement and on double yellow lines. When the lights changed to green he/she pulled away from a position in the HGV's blind spot cutting the HGV up and then dangerously stopped in the middle of a yellow box junction, this nearly caused the HGV to rear end the car.
