An amusing video has emerged of two small children playing with their very patient pet pug.

In the footage, captured earlier this month, ‘Baboo’ displays remarkable levels of patience while receiving hugs and kisses from his human siblings at their home in Montreal, Canada.

“Baboo was a rescue dog and here he is soaking in the family love” his owner later wrote online.

“We adopted him late in his life. I grew up with bull-mastiffs, but we decided on something smaller because of the kids.”

“My family immediately fell in love with Baboo, and he fell in love with our family. He is the best dog in the world, and although he looks like a grumpy old man, he loves the attention.”
