'Anything is possible!' Backflipping Ohio slackliner nails unbelievable trick shot into hoop

A US professional slackliner nailed this incredible trick shot by kicking a ball into a basketball hoop - but not the one he intended.

In the remarkable clip, Ben Schneider bounces on the slackline on a court in Harbin Park in Fairfield, Ohio. His friend Rodney Newman throws him the volleyball and as he backflips, he connects sweetly with it, sending it flying right into the hoop down the other end of the court.

Schneider told Newsflare: "I am a professional slackline athlete, so my friend and I spent two days trying to make the best trick shot ever landed on a slackline. My friend tossed me a volleyball that I kicked while upside down on a backflip. The ball went flying across the basketball court to a hoop on the other side.

Schneider added: "It was impossible for me to aim. I was just trying to kick it and we were hoping if we tried enough times, it would eventually go in the hoop, but it ended up going in the far hoop instead.

"This took us two entire days to land this trick shot, but with enough determination, anything is possible."
