Staff Pennywell Farm in Devon offer classes where people can do pilates - while holding or surrounded by a field full porkers. They say touching animals releases hormones inducing phenyl ethylamine - which has the same pleasurable effect on the brain as chocolate. Pilates teacher Harry Parkes will be leading the sessions - designed to help people relax and be at one with nature.
