The men in white helmets and high-vis vests were directing pedestrians at the road crossing in the Ginza district of Tokyo, Japan, on April 2. The filmer said: ''It's like the traffic lights wasn't enough. These guys made it so organised. They wouldn't let anyone cross if it wasn't the right time.''
