Tanya García arrived to a surprise at school when her dance team greeted her and lead her outside to her soon to be prom date on a horse.

The banner read “Tanya prom? Yay or Neigh David”, as her date jumped off the horse to give her flowers earlier this week (April 23). The tweet sent out with the video was hash-tagged 'Horses in the back' in reference to the viral song remix "Old Town Road" by Lil Nas X.

The dance team and coach made a dance, found a horse, trailer to move the horse in the week leading up to the 'prom-posal'.

Tanya García, Captain of the Silverline Dance Team, was greeted by her dance team Tuesday morning. They created a tunnel for her and danced along to “Hey Baby” in the school cafetería and led her to her soon to be date, David Kypuros. David was on a horse with a banner next to it, “ Tanya prom? Yay or Neigh David”. The week prior to the promposal the dance team made a dance, found a horse, trailer to move the horse and planned everything accordingly behind her back. The morning of Tanya García was advised by her coach, Denise Villarreal, to not dress out for practice because they would be filming a video and instead to come dressed nicely.
