Hey my name is Matt Pushie and I love doing trick shots, I have been doing them for about 2 years now, when I started I couldn’t even hit the target, now I’m always trying to find a new way to throw an axe lol, I do almost all of my trick shots where I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada at a bar called the Timber Lounge.

Since I have started throwing I have been to Germany two years ago for the first world championships of axe throwing, last year I was in Ireland, and Liverpool Nova Scotia, and this year I will be going back to the worlds which is held every two years in a different location, this year it will be in Sweden, here in Nova Scotia we have been putting together a team Canada to go over, we have 7 confirmed from Nova Scotia, one from New Brunswick, and two from British Columbia

We are all doing what we can to raise money and find sponsors to help us with the overall cost of traveling and accommodations, the Nova Lumberjacks Society is a non profit organization who is helping us get there, if you have time check them out, and if your in Halifax u have to come to the Timber Lounge and be a lumberjack for an afternoon
