The treat, seen here being made on March 2, is called "rice cracker bar" or "100-foot long rice cracker bar" because it can reach 100-foot-long. It is called "Kẹo Ống" in Vietnamese. This is a favourite street food for Vietnamese children.

The composition of the cracker mainly rice and sugar. However, you can add corn, peanuts, beans or noodles depending on your preferences. Only 1-2 kg of rice can yield a whole bag of the crackers.

The dish is prepared by adding rice and sugar into a heater and then churning out a long cracker. The price per/kilo of rice cracker is $2 USD.
