But this is not young Maharani's first brush with animal video fame, having previously been filmed brushing a crocodile's teeth.

The extraordinary scene was filmed in Tangerang, a suburb of Indonesia's capital Jakarta on June 21.

In total, six snakes - all different types of python - are seen slithering over Maharani. They include the green tree python, the reticulated python and the yellow burmese python.

In Indonesia, licenses are not required to keep such snakes as pets.

According to her father, Maharani was at the time watching the "Upin & Ipin" animated series created in Malaysia and popular in southeast Asia.

In Indonesia, licenses are not required to keep such snakes as pets. to keep we don't need such a license to keep animal as a pet and there is no particular law that regulates domestic animals if people want to keep them as pet. Many people here get the pet from their relatives such as dog, cat, and even reptiles. Some of them buy it from the animal market.

But there is such a pet breeding, especially for dogs and cats who are bred in commercial breedings, provide the certificate, but those are the only particular situation and only accessible for prosperous people as it is luxurious practice here.

The only regulated are protected and endangered animals. It is protected by law and people who trade animals will face a jail sentence.

The animals that also included in Appendix 2 of CITES list, such as python also can be traded or keep a pet as long as it is gotten from captivity and it must not be taken from its habitat.
