A martial artist in Vietnam had a concrete block thrown onto his arm, which emerges apparently unscathed.

As part of a martial arts performance, the man has a concrete block thrown onto his arm, which is supported by a coconut with another concrete block below.

His arm appears to withstand the blow, while the concrete block at the base is broken.

The concrete block dropped onto his arm is said to weigh 20kg, although that was not independently verified.

The extraordinary performance by the man, named as as Dinh Viet Dung, was filmed in Lang Son Province in March.

According to the filmer, The name of the man is Dinh Viet Dung, He is a martial artist. He trained for his arm for a very long time. His arm can withstand the impact of hammer and concrete.
In the video, Mr. Dung performing concrete tossed into his arm. The man put his arm on a coconut placed on a concrete block. After that, a man would use a block of concrete weighing 20 kilograms to throw at Mr. Dung's arm. After the performance, the concrete block at the bottom cracked. The man's arm is still normal.
