The video shows the man carrying bulky foam boxes and lots of very large sacks on a tricycle! Amusing footage has emerged from Viet Nam of a man driving a tricycle on a road, while precariously carrying foam boxes and giant sacks. The video was filmed in Hanoi, Vietnam on July 26.

Travel anywhere around Vietnam and you will undoubtedly come across a number of small vehicles, including motorcycles and mopeds, which are ridiculously overloaded.

It is a scene most Europeans and Americans stop and stares in at in amazement as its laws dictate that road vehicles cannot, under any circumstances, be overloaded so the point where the freight the vehicle is carrying becomes a danger or hazard to other road users. So such laws in Vietnam are either non-existent or simply relaxed.
