A grandmother from Liverpool struggles to get to grips with Amazon's smart speaker device.
Jessie McMullen, 89, continuously asks the speaker questions without saying "Alexa" beforehand, seeing no response from the device.
The filmer said: "The family got her an amazon Alexa for the house, we decided to video her because she was getting confused and it was hilarious.
"The video has got over 300,000 views on Facebook."
