Vietnamese dancers perform a traditional music show in colourful costumes at an event in Bangkok, Thailand, to promote travel and trade.

The actresses were taking part in 'Vietnamese Week in Thailand 2019' to promote economic ties between the two Southeast Asian countries.

Footage shows the women playing flutes and stringed instruments and wearing traditional costumes.

Vietnam's Deputy Industry Minister Do Thang Hai attended the event. He said: ''We highly appreciate this effort and would like to thank the Commerce Ministry of Thailand, Central Group and other related parties for their support in organising the event.

''This event is a fine example of public and private organisations joining forces to expand business potential for both big and small firms to grow in overseas markets. In the process, they attain both economic benefits and enhanced bilateral relations.''
