Passengers struggle to catch a bus which stopped beside a fence in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The video, filmed on September 14, shows passengers, including elderly people, clamber over a fence onto the vehicle.

The filmer told Newsflare: “This is absolutely unacceptable as it causes stress and people (especially the elderly ones) can be on the receiving end of bad physical traumas.”

In the video, you can see passengers having a very hard time getting into the bus ( including elderly people ) as the bus stops in front of a fence that everybody must jump over.
